MGC is delighted to have launched its’ popular-music based strand in The Vault over the past few weeks entitled Rock School@The Vault, in association with Carlow Regional Youth Services. Our MGC musician team includes the talented trio of Paul Horohan, Mike Hayden and Orla Colleton who teach guitar, drums and vocal studies respectively. The musicians are working from a popular music based repertoire and there has been a fantastic response to the strand from participating students who meet every Saturday morning to receive tuition in a lively, fun-filled and exciting atmosphere. The aim of Rock School@The Vault is to promote performance learning in an enjoyable and relaxed way and is open to all young people no matter what level their are currently at in their musical studies.
